Privacy notice

DeskKit Tools is run from Belfast, Northern Ireland. This notice covers this website (deskkit-tools.pages.dev). Each DeskKit tool has its own privacy notice for the data you keep in it.

Visit counts (no cookies)

We count page views with our own cookieless counter. For each page view we store the time, the page, the website you came from (its name only, e.g. facebook.com), any campaign tags in the link (utm_…), your country (from Cloudflare) and whether you're on a phone or a computer. We do not store your IP address, browser details or any identifier, and nothing is saved on your device, so the counts can't identify you.

Contact form

If you send the contact form we keep your name, business name, email or phone, the tools you ticked, your message and the date, so we can reply. We keep enquiries for up to 13 months and then delete them. Email us or use the form to ask for them to be deleted sooner.

Where data is kept

With Cloudflare (hosting and database). We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Use the contact form.
